ARTsd Gallery treats customers with great respect. We wish your purchase experience to be exclusive. Therefor we introduce 100% guarantee on goods’ refund within 14-days since the artwork received in case you find reasons for return. You will get 100% compensation, including delivery expenses.



Refund cases

We introduce 100% guarantee on money refund for the goods and delivery in following cases:
1. The painting was damaged during the delivery and arrived in low keep, unsuitable for use.
We carefully pack all the paintings in a solid PVC tube, which is a reliable material and protects the painting from damage. However, sometimes it happens that the parcel is damaged.
Attention! To solve the problems with the refunds quicker, please unpack the package in the presence of the courier service representative, if it is damaged.
Further:
a) Please ask the courier service representative to write "the item is damaged / broken" or something like that on the CMR. You can pick up the parcel after you and the courier service representative confirm the loss.
b) Please take a picture of the broken package (each side) and damages of the painting.

c) If the courier service representative simply leaves the package at your door, you cannot confirm the damage in his presence, please ignore points a) and b) above. Keep damaged painting and packaging until the problem is resolved. Take a picture of the broken package (each side) and damages of the painting.

If the packaging has been damaged so much that it cannot be used for refunding the painting, please pack the artwork the best you can and do not forget to take pictures of damaged packaging for insurance claims.

2. The package arrived to the post office in suitable condition, but has a defect.

3. Order’s voucher is entangled. You got the wrong artwork.

4. You have the right to return the painting without explanation of the reasons within 14 days after obtaining the parcel. However, in this case, the customer covers the delivery expenses.

Note: The refund rule is valid only within 14 days since receiving the artwork.

How should I return the painting?

Pictures should be sent back:
a) In the original packaging (except for the case when the package was damaged during the delivery and this is proved by the postal service document);
b) In its original form and without damages (except for the case when the package was damaged during the delivery).
Only in these cases, you can request the refund.



Which case will I not receive money back for the goods?

1. We do not refund money for the goods, if more than 14-days have passed since you received the painting.
2. We do not refund money for the goods if the received painting was damaged deliberately, in cases of abnormal storage or working conditions, accidently, neglect on the part of you or anyone else.
3. We take photos of the original view of the painting and send them along with the order.



How much time do I have to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order immediately after payment, but no later than 14-days after receiving the picture.

What happens after I send a refund request?
When will I receive money for the goods that I return?

As soon as we receive your request for a return of the painting, we will process it within two business days.
If you canceled the order before we could send you the painting, the money will be returned to you within 2-3 days.
If the painting is already sent, you will have to wait for it to come and send the artwork back to us within 14-days. When our courier receives the painting, we will refund your money within 3 working days. Alternatively, we can offer you to choose any other artwork with the same price and send it to you immediately after receiving the returned painting.

We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.

How do I get a refund if my painting is lost during the delivery?

We send all the paintings with the declared value with reliable courier services. Click Delivery information for more details. However, everything may happen in the way.
If you experience a significant delay in receiving artworks, it is very important that you contact us within 14 days since the estimated time of arrival displayed on your e-mail confirmation at artspacedream@gmail.com We will do our best to find the parcel. In case the parcel is not found, you will get 100% compensation, including delivery expenses.
